For registration for grades Pre-K to 8th, please bring the following:

1.  Baptismal certificate
2.  Birth certificate
3.  Copy of child's immunization record
4.  The child
5.  Check for registration fee
6.  For grades K-8, copy of last two report cards & standardize test scores
