OPEN HOUSE WILL BE HELD ON SUNDAY, JANUARY 29TH FROM 10:15 A.M. TO 12 NOON

 Children for Pre-Kindergarten must complete their 4th birthday by December 31st, 2012; for Kindergarten, their 5th birthday by December 31st, 2012.

PLEASE BRING TO THE REGISTRATION:      

• Birth Certificate

• Baptismal Certificate from a Christian Church.

• Immunization records

• The child

• Copy of last two years report cards for grades 1 to 8 or a progress report for Kindergarten. NYS test scores or standardized test scores.

• Check for registration fee.
